This website
F2F Photography collects only the information you choose to send us (for example through a contact form, email or booking request), such as your name, email address, phone number and shoot details. We use it only to respond to you and to deliver photography services. We never sell or rent your information. Contact details are kept only as long as needed for our business and legal records.

MonteAI (our private internal assistant)
MonteAI is a private tool used only by Monte Montemayor, the owner of F2F Photography. It is not offered to the public. With the owner's permission, MonteAI uses Google's Gmail API with read-only access to search and read the owner's own Gmail so it can answer the owner's questions. It cannot send, delete or change email. Email content is read on demand and is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or to train AI models.

MonteAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
